About Casey

Casey brings a healthcare background dating back to 2006 and a nursing career since 2013 to Into the Woods Wellness. Her commitment to whole-person wellness was sparked by her own journey navigating her children’s physical and mental health, which led her to expand her work as a somatic practitioner. She believes true healing honors the mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of work, Casey finds joy in adventure, creativity, and lifelong learning. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors with her family, moving her body, or creating, she’s always looking for ways to stay grounded, connected, and inspired.
